REFUND POLICY

Replacement 


All MèRIDESIGNS products are custom fabricated to order for you and using your own measurements and dimensions This makes each item completely individual. So like all bespoke products payment is needed before manufacture takes place. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We cannot accept returns because each item is custom made on an individual basis.

If you encounter unforeseen problems of course we will bend over backwards to help. Either you can return your item for us to figure out an answer to your issue or you can photograph the item for us to help understand your concern and provide you what course of action can be undertaken. We try to get everything right first time but will help if you are unhappy about an aspect of the product.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and return it to us in its original and unworn condition, within 10 days of receipt. It must also be in the original packaging.

How does the replacement work?

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend you use a tracked shipping service. For high value items it's a good idea to purchase one-off shipping insurance to cover your package while in transit. We aren't responsible in any way for returned items that are damaged or do not arrive back to us, so please take a picture or make a note of your packages tracking number for your records before returning items. Please remember to include a note inside your package with your details, boxes or pouches you received as well.

 

If we have published any information incorrectly including pricing or other relevant information regarding jewellery descriptions or delivery times, or any other information, we reserve the right to cancel your order. 

We will do so by notifying you by email and you shall have the right to reconsider placing your order again after being supplied with the correct information. We shall at the point of cancellation either; refund any sum as soon as possible, and within 30 days of your order; or we shall offer you the goods at the correct price/description after which we shall enter a new contract and will send you an email confirming the new order. 

In any event we shall not be liable for any disappointment suffered, nor any further compensation. 

 

Non-returnable items
*Gift Cards or Vouchers.
*Earrings are generally exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons.
*Custom items - any items that are 'made to order' especially for you, the customer.
*Sale items - only regular priced items may be returned, items on sale are not included.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We use an independent jeweller to check damaged items. We then notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If it's approved, you'll be issued an exchange for the same item .
